Brian Cook is the Co-Founder and President of NextGen Trades (also known as Oilfield NextGen), a Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing trade jobs and mentoring the next generation of energy and oilfield workers. Brian is a father of four daughters, and founder of a nonprofit helping high school students explore career paths, develop life skills, receive mentorship, and take meaningful action toward their futures. After more than 20 years in business, multiple seasons of loss, divorce, financial hardship, and personal rebuilding, Brian now shares a story rooted in resilience, faith, discipline, emotional healing, and purpose.
